HOW TO TRAVEL TO RUSSIA WITH FOND MIRA LCC ASSISTANCE

Dear traveller

We would like to acquaint you with details of the services offered by FOND MIRA LCC to assist those planning business travel to Russia with ease and convenience. If you have reasons to travel to Russia, our professionals have the skills and experience to smooth your journey and make your stay trouble-free.

1. First stage. Russian entry tourist visa.

Important note:

Please keep in mind that FOND MIRA LCC does not issue visas by itself.
Russian visas are issued by Russian consulates in your home country, based on an invitation from an authorised Russian agent officially registered with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

FOND MIRA LCC is officially registered with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs as a legal entity able to grant visa support.

To obtain Russian entry tourist visa support, a readable copy of the visitor's passport should forwarded to FOND MIRA LCC.

Please take into consideration that tourist visa support is provided for the period of the guest's stay at the hotel booked through FOND MIRA LCC on territory of the Russian Federation. 2. Second stage. Booking of travel services in Russia.

To make a hotel reservation, choose a hotel according to your budget and take advantage of alternative ways of booking:

  • send by fax or e-mail a reservation application or queries on a free form to the Company
  • use the form of application for booking and send it by fax or e-mail;
  • make a booking through online booking

Please specify in the reservation application:

  • Organisation name, telephone and fax number, e-mail, full name of the person making the reservation
  • Request for Russian entry tourist visa support
  • Hotel name
  • Date of check in/check out
  • Number of rooms
  • Type of rooms
  • Full names of the guests
  • Extra services (transport, excursions, tickets)
  • Method of payment

We accept booking requests 24 hours a day. Reservation confirmation can be provided:

  • for individuals within 24 hours, excluding days off and holidays
  • for groups within 48 hours, excluding days off and holidays.

Passport, Original Visa, Migration Card (issued aboard aircraft or train or at the passport control department of the airport or railway station) are required upon check-in at the hotel.

3. Third stage. Methods of payment.

FOND MIRA LCC offers the following ways of payment:

  • bank transfer (US Dollars, Russian Rubles)
  • credit cards (Visa, EC/MC, DC)
  • cash

The procedure of payment is simple.

You can guarantee your reservation by credit card filling in the  Letter of Authorization  or by bank transfer (an invoice for wire transfer payment is provided upon request).

FOND MIRA LCC will issue a Confirmation of Guaranteed Reservation , equal to the sum of Vouchers for rendering tourist services in Russia.

An example: The guest has guaranteed hotel booking and meeting at the airport. The driver will await the guest upon arrival near the arrival gate carrying a name card. The driver will deliver the guest to the hotel. Here the guest can refer to the Confirmation of Guaranteed Reservation from FOND MIRA LCC (issued with a reservation number).

Guests with FOND MIRA LCC confirmation should pay for all travel services directly to FOND MIRA LCC.

The guest will pay for all extras (laundry, mini bar, etc) at the hotel reception.

The guest can pay FOND MIRA LCC by credit card, filling in the  Letter of Authorization. The company remits the required sum during the guest's hotel stay and provides the invoice. The guest can also pay by cash or by credit card to the FOND MIRA LCC representative or at one of the company's offices.

The guest can order a return transfer or individual excursions through FOND MIRA LCC upon arrival or in advance.

Cancellation of Reservation: Cancellations or changes in schedule and terms of a trip can be accepted from a guest in written form by the time indicated in the confirmation of the services reservation sent to the guest (normally 24-48 hours before arrival). In the event of late cancellation or "no show" (non-arrival on the date fixed in the confirmation) a penalty in the amount of 100% of all reserved services for the first 24 hours will be charged unless otherwise specified in the confirmation forwarded to the guest.

Group service cancellation terms are agreed by means of additional correspondence (but not less than two weeks before group arrival).
